Accommodation in luxurious seaview apartments. Tour for 2 people. 8 days / 7 nights. Cod.11.

Day 1: Arrival and accommodation in beautiful  apartments overlooking the sea based in  Marina di Scarlino ( GR). The luxurious and modern apartments have air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi and large terrace .  At the disposal of the guests a swimming pool with jacuzzi, a shopping gallery and a Spa. Welcome dinner at the restaurant of the port.

Day 2: Breakfast and transfer to visiting a famous winery whose cellar is designed by the architect Renzo Piano. Tasting of the Monteregio wines Doc and  guided visit of the town of Massa Marittima. with its old and steep alleys, its buildings dating back to the XII-XIII century and its marvelous San Cerbone Cathedral and The Municipal Palace.  Lunch in a typical  restaurant with local cuisine  where one can enjoy a great Florentine steak. Free time to dedicate to relaxing.

Day 3: Breakfast. Departure to Siena. Guided city tour of Siena, an ancient medieval city which immensely boasts of a cultural and artistically  heritage: Piazza del Campo where twice a year the famous Palio takes place, that is a horse race in which various districts of the city take  place; Torre del Mangia ; The Palazzo Pubblico, the city hall, the Cathedral. Lunch with wine tasting , salumi of Cinta senese and cheeses DOP. In the afternoon tour of Chianti Region and wine tasting of Chianti Classico DOCG.

Day 4:Breakfast. Transfer to Bolgheri. The village develops  along the surroundings of the medieval Castle and is reached through an enchanting and evocative Cypress avenue which is 5 km long. In this small area are produced excellent wines such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia considered one of the best wines in the world. Guided tour to a well-known wine producing firm and tasting of 3 famous wines. Lunch in a typical restaurant with local products and free time to relaxing.

Day 5:Breakfast. Transfer to Montalcino. This town is situated 567 metres above the sea level, dominating the countryside around it. Montalcino is the birthplace of Brunello wine described as one of the best celebrated Italian wines. Guided tour to a well-known wine producing firm and tasting of 3 famous wines.  Lunch in a typical restaurant in the centre of Montalcino.

Day 6: Breakfast and tranfer to Piombino and cruise to Elba Island. Elba Island offers an extraordinary variety of environments and culture, starting from the remains of an Etruscan fortress to the decks for Roman ships, from granite mountains to the most interesting mining zones found in Europe. Arrival in Portoferraio, visit of the centre and tasting 3 Elba wines and a Passito and a buffet with salami and bruschette  in an enchanting wine bar situated inside a Fortress in Portoferraio. In the afternoon possibility to visit the Villa Museum of Napoleon.

Day 7: Breakfast. Day dedicated to relaxing. Farewell dinner in a beautiful  restaurant based  in an old Monastery of the eleventh century with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.

Day 8: Breakfast and departure

During all the excursions and transfers a certified guide or courier is always present. All guides are  qualified and are English, German, French or Russian speaking.
