Day 1:
Accommodation in 5 star luxury Resort  based  in Castiglione della Pescaia (Gr). The Resort, set in an estate of 500 hectares of vineyard and olive grove,  has  an exclusive SPA ( 600 meters) divided into four areas and  a golf practice course stretching from the olive groves on the hills to the coast. Dinner at the restaurant of the  Hotel.

Day 2:
Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning visit to a well-known winery based in Bolgheri area. Guided tour to a well-known wine producing firm and tasting of Bolgheri DOC wines. The tasting will be led by a wine expert. Transfer to Bolgheri Castle and tasting of three wines Bolgheri.  The village developed along the surroundings of the medieval Castle and is reached through an enchanting and evocative Cypress avenue which is 5 km long. Lunch in a restaurant in Bolgheri with local cuisine. Return to the hotel and free time to relaxing.

Day 3:
Breakfast at the Hotel. Visit of a prestigious winery in the surrounding of Castiglioni della Pescaia  and  wine tasting with bruschette, olive oil, salumi and cheese.  Transfer to the fascinating medieval  village of Castiglioni and guided tour. Lunch in a typical restaurant.  Afternoon free of time to relaxing.

Day 4:
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer to Montalcino.  This town  situated 567 metres above the sea level, dominates the countryside around it.  Guided  visit of an important  Winery:  visit of the cellar and tasting of the prestigious Brunello di Montalcino DOCG described as one of the best celebrated Italian wines. Transfer to the centre and guided visit of the  medieval town. Lunch in a typical restaurant  of Montalcino. Return to the Resort.
