Fascinating old  mill completely restored with private swimming pool based in the heart of Chianti, just few kilometers away from Gaiole in Chianti and from art cities such as Siena, Florence and Arezzo. The villa, immersed in the Sienese hills between vineyards and olive groves, enjoys an excellent privacy. Ideal to accommodate two families or a group of friends, this huge villa (250 m2) is furnished in typical Tuscan style, building with stone. A pretty covered and equipped  loggia allows the guests to eat outside. The villa is spread over several levels ad it consists of a spacious well furnished living room, a large kitchen with fireplace, 6 bedrooms ( one bedroom with bathroom en suite), 3 bathrooms with shower and another living room. In front of the main entrance there is a small apartment for 2 persons. The pool is at the back of the house and it is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. In the garden there is a swing for children and a small football field. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people.
