Beautiful Estate based close to Massa Marittima in Maremma, few kilometres away from the most beautiful seaside resorts on this coast, such as Follonica (17 km), Punta Ala (30 km) and Castiglione della Pescaia (35 km). The Estate consists of six beautifully farmhouses, scattered around the main house.

Parco dei Lecci: Three apartments and seven rooms next to the villa served by a swimming pool immersed in a beautiful park of pine trees, with a view over Massa Marittima. The rooms offer an alternative for those who prefer hotel-like accommodation. The restaurant is about 400 m away.

Podernovo: a beautiful farm in a stunning location next to the restaurant and about 200 m from the pool, consisting of two apartments connected by a large terrace. Private garden with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. Lame: large farmhouse in a panoramic position composed of three apartments. Large garden with garden furniture. Situated around 200 m from the restaurant and from the fitness centre. Next to one of the swimming pools.

Ceppo: farmhouse with six apartments on the ground floor, looking over one of the swimming pools, composed of two apartments on the mezzanine Poderino: next to Ceppo, 500 m from the Fitness Centre and 800 m from the restaurant. Composed of two apartments with direct access to the farmhouse garden. Leccio: farmhouse with three apartments on the ground floor and three on the mezzanine. The cottage is next to one of the swimming pools and the fitness centre (sauna, gym, whirlpool, massage room). Restaurant 400 m.

The estate also offers its meals prepared in its restaurant : The excellent dishes are the result of a careful selection and combine quality ingredients with the traditional flavours of the Tuscan Maremma. On demand are organized cooking lessons. For the bike lovers there are many bike tracks in the area surrounding. Their level varies greatly so they are suitable both for the most expert cyclists and for beginners who are just starting. In the wellness centre, the guests can enjoy various rooms fitted out for massages where they can also book relaxing and toning treatments. They can use two, 6-place, Finnish saunas and an infrared sauna, with relax rooms and sunbeds. For a complete well-being treatment, there are also three, 6-place whirlpools, in three separate rooms, one with chrome therapy
